Online Sales – Right of Withdrawal (Returns)
According to Decree-Law No. 24/2014 of February 14, applicable to distance contracts, the customer has the right to withdraw from the contract without any costs (except return shipping costs) and without giving any reason, within 14 days from the day they acquire physical possession of the goods.
Products must be returned with invoice and in perfect condition, in original packaging.
Return costs are borne by the customer.
