Yellow Tibetan ting-sha – chakra plexus The yellow Tibetan ting-sha is composed of small cymbals (disks) of yellow color (connected to the plexus chakra) used in prayers, meditations and rituals by Tibetan Buddhists. These cymbals are made of bronze, with an approximate weight of 210 grams. The diameter of each ting-sha dish is 6.5cm. about the Tibetan ting-shas Tibetan cymbals are cymbals or discs that when struck produce a clear, high pitched tone. Tibetan Tingshas are thick discs that produce a unique beat and musical touch. Ancient Tingsha were made from special bronze alloys that produced harmonic overtones.
